NFL: Wide Receiver Rankings In The NFC North

There are some amazing wide receivers in the NFC North, and this is how the top 10 stack up against one another entering the season:

1. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings

Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson (18) signals a first down after a catch against the Los Angeles Rams during their playoff game at State Farm Stadium on Jan. 13, 2025, in Glendale.

Jefferson finished a fifth-straight season over 1,000 receiving yards (1,533) and ended with 10 touchdown receptions. He will become a favorite target of J.J. McCarthy and undoubtedly be a top two NFL wide receiver. The question remains how long it will take him to shed his hamstring issue.

2. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (14) practices during training camp at Meijer Performance Center in Allen Park on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

St. Brown is an undervalued NFL wide receiver due to not receiving the recognition as some of his peers. St. Brown finished last season with 1,263 yards and a career-high 12 touchdowns. He will once again be the leading receiver for the 2025 Lions.

3. DJ Moore, Chicago Bears

Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore (2) scores a touchdown on a reception against the Green Bay Packers in the fourth quarter during their football game Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Moore didn’t eclipse 1,000 yards in 2024, but he caught the second-most passes (140) in his career. Ben Johnson takes over as head coach in Chicago, and Moore should be back to 1,000+ yards. It won’t be shocking if he finishes this season with career-highs across the board.

4. Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings

Addison finished his second season with 875 yards and nine touchdowns. He’s set to miss the team’s first three games but should make up for lost time starting in week four. 2025 can be his first season going over the 1,000-yard mark.

5. Jameson Williams, Detroit Lions

Williams broke out in his third NFL season, finishing with 1,001 yards and seven touchdowns. He should see more targets in 2025. Expect another career-high in yards and touchdowns in the upcoming season.

6. Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (11) runs through a drill during the second day of training camp on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Ray Nitschke Field in Ashwaubenon, Wis.

Reed may not be elite, but he is efficient. He finished 2024 with 857 yards and six touchdowns. He will enter 2025 as WR1 in Green Bay.

7. Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears

Playing in an atrocious offense, Odunze had a productive rookie campaign. He finished with 734 receiving yards and three touchdowns. This season, the first under head coach Ben Johnson, Odunze should eclipse 1,000 receiving yards.

8. Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson (9) leaves the field in the fourth quarter after getting injured against the New Orleans Saints during their football game Monday, December 23, 2024, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Watson featured in 15 games, finishing with 620 yards and two touchdowns. He set a career-best in receiving yards before suffering a knee injury in the final game of last season. He will start 2025 on the PUP list but can make an immediate impact once activated to the active roster.

9. Dontayvion Wicks, Green Bay Packers

Wicks should see an uptick in 2025 after finishing last season with 415 yards and five touchdowns. With Christian Watson starting the season on the PUP list, Wicks enters as Green Bay’s WR2. However, it won’t be long before rookie Matthew Golden jumps Wicks and Reed for the WR1 tag.

Golden enters his rookie season after finishing his final season at Texas with 987 yards and nine touchdowns. He may be WR3 heading into week one, but that will quickly change. He should be expected to be the first 1,000-yard Packers receiver in a handful of years.
